As President, I wear many hats. My primary roles within the company are Business Development, Estimating, and the overall operations for the company. I am always thinking 6 months ahead and I like to stay involved with the Pre-construction aspect of our work. I have a continuous improvement mindset. Always looking for ways to make the business run better.
My Ethos for the company is to provide a high quality end product for our clients, for a fair price. I like to look at clients as partners in business, rather than customers. I ensure Weekes Construction Group focuses on our project expertise so our client partners can concentrate on theirs.
I started with this company 16 years ago, sweeping floors. Since then, I have worked through every aspect of the business from Site Supervision and Project Management to Estimating. Eventually, I was able to move into business development and operations.
